Dear Birth Parent,
Thank you for taking the time to read our letter. Our names are Sean and Dawnn and we live in Washington State.
Sean was born in California but moved here at age 6. Dawnn was born and raised here in Washington.
To tell you more about us, and our story- We met and started dating in 1998. We were married in 2003, and are of
Christian faith. Our decision to adopt is because we can't have our own children. Our deepest desire is to have a
family. We tried infertility treatments multiple times and had no success. We both come from large families,
and most of our friends and family have children. All of our nieces and nephews love to play with Sean.
Dawnn loves to give hugs and talk with them.
Our dog Shanti is a sweet and fun loving dog. She has been with us since she was 3 months old. We adopted her,
and she has grown up our nieces, nephews, cousins, & children of all ages. Shanti just loves them.
We live in a quiet neighborhood, we own our home. We have a welcoming front yard, and fenced backyard.
Our neighborhood has many families and everyone knows each other. It’s a great neighborhood to grow up in.
We have all we could ever want in our lives a cozy home, good jobs, friends, & family. Our hearts desire is to have a child to share our lives with.
Not having a child in our lives has felt as if we are missing something really important. We have a solid marriage, and really love one another and .
want more than anything to have someone call us Mom and Dad. We want to be would teach a child about life, learn about animals, go camping and hiking.
We would provide them opportunity to go to college-school, and become what their heart desires.
Giving a couple like us a chance to be parents and adopt your child is a true selfless act! Such a blessing! You are a blessing.
This is a greatest gift only you are able to give a couple like us. We cannot express enough how grateful we are that you are reading our letter
and considering us. We can promise you that we will take good care of your child, raised as our own. The child will be giving so much love and treated
with respect and kindness. We will make certain that the child knows about you and the sacrifice you made.
This child would have a big family that would be there for them no matter what. They would have Cousins, Aunts, Uncles and Grandparents.
Our friends and family are so excited about us adopting! They can hardly wait to meet the new addition. Sean has 4 sisters
and 2 brothers. Two of his sisters also a step sister live here in Washington, 1 step brother as well. Sean’s other sister
lives in MN, and brother lives in CO. Sean’s Step mother Sue live in Eastern, WA. Sean’s Mom had passed away in 1995. She is missed! Unfortunately, Sean's
Father passed away this past year. Sue will be moving to Western WA this spring to be closer to the family.
Dawnn has 2 sisters and 1 brother. Dawnn’s brother and sister-in-law live here and her 2 sister are in CA.
Dawnn’s parents live in CA. as well. They are all very supportive and each has their own families.
Everyone is very close and we all get together often for special occasions, holidays and BBQ’s!
We all talk if not weekly, several times a month. We are a close big-family. We have several close friends that have children as well.
They are all very supportive. We are part of a medium size Christian church close to home that has all kinds of children activities and involvement.
They have fun programs and activities for the kids to be part of. We are in a good school district and education is important to us.
We believe education is very important growing up, and we plan on being very involved in a good education for your child.
You are a blessing, and we thank you so much for reading our letter, and getting to know us. We hope that you will
consider us becoming the Parents for the child.
